পড়াল্যাব / PoraLab (“আমরা”, “আমাদের”) আপনার গোপনীয়তাকে সম্মান করে এবং আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সুরক্ষায় প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। এই গোপনীয়তা নীতি ব্যাখ্যা করে আমরা কীভাবে তথ্য সংগ্রহ, ব্যবহার, সংরক্ষণ, সুরক্ষা ও প্রকাশ করি—যখন আপনি PoraLab মোবাইল অ্যাপ (“অ্যাপ”), ওয়েবসাইট (poralab.com) ও সম্পর্কিত সেবা ব্যবহার করেন।
PoraLab ব্যবহার করে আপনি এই নীতিতে বর্ণিত চর্চার সাথে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। ব্যবহারের শর্ত: Terms of Service।
নিচের ধারাগুলোতে ৯ অক্টোবর ২০২৬-এর আগের নীতির কথাগুলো রাখা হয়েছে। ৫ নভেম্বর ২০২৬-এ প্রশ্ন ব্যাংক ও রিপোর্ট সংক্রান্ত অংশ যোগ হয়েছে।
১. আমরা কী তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি
PoraLab কীভাবে ব্যবহার করেন তার ওপর নির্ভর করে আমরা নিচের ধরনের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারি।
ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য
অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি বা ব্যবহারের সময় আমরা সংগ্রহ করতে পারি:
- নাম বা ব্যবহারকারী নাম
- ইমেইল ঠিকানা
- ফোন নম্বর, যদি দেন
- প্রোফাইল তথ্য, যার মধ্যে আপনি যোগ করা শিক্ষা/ক্লাস সম্পর্কিত তথ্য
- প্রোফাইল ছবি, যদি দেন
- অ্যাকাউন্ট প্রমাণীকরণ তথ্য (যেমন Google Sign-In)
আপনার তৈরি কনটেন্ট
আপনি কনটেন্ট তৈরি, আপলোড, পাঠানো বা শেয়ার করলে আমরা প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারি:
- বার্তা ও চ্যাটের বিষয়বস্তু
- পোস্ট, কমেন্ট, স্টোরি বা অন্যান্য কনটেন্ট
- ছবি ও ইমেজ
- আপনার আপলোড করা ফাইল বা অন্যান্য কনটেন্ট
- AI সমাধানের জন্য জমা দেওয়া প্রশ্নের ছবি বা লেখা
- সাপোর্ট কেস ও অ্যাপের ভিতরের রিপোর্ট
ডিভাইস ও প্রযুক্তিগত তথ্য
আমরা স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে কিছু প্রযুক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারি:
- ডিভাইস মডেল
- অপারেটিং সিস্টেম ও ভার্সন
- অ্যাপ ভার্সন
- IP ঠিকানা
- ডিভাইস শনাক্তকারী, যেখানে অনুমোদিত
- ক্র্যাশ রিপোর্ট ও ডায়াগনস্টিক তথ্য
- অ্যাপের পারফরম্যান্স ও ব্যবহারের তথ্য
এই তথ্য মূলত অ্যাপ চালানো, সুরক্ষিত রাখা, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও উন্নতির জন্য ব্যবহার হয়।
২. আমরা আপনার তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার করি
সংগৃহীত তথ্য আমরা ব্যবহার করতে পারি:
- অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি ও পরিচালনা
- PoraLab-এর ফিচার দেওয়া ও চালানো—ফিড, চ্যাট, মেধামঞ্চ, প্রশ্ন ব্যাংক, ফ্ল্যাশকার্ড ও AI সমাধান
- ব্যবহারকারী প্রমাণীকরণ
- যোগাযোগ ও মেসেজিং ফিচার চালু রাখা
- নোটিফিকেশন দেওয়া
- অ্যাপ রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও উন্নতি
- জালিয়াতি, অপব্যবহার বা নিরাপত্তা সমস্যা শনাক্ত, প্রতিরোধ ও তদন্ত
- প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যা সমাধান
- অ্যাপের পারফরম্যান্স পর্যবেক্ষণ
- প্রযোজ্য আইন ও আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা মেনে চলা
আইন না বললে বা যেখানে প্রয়োজন সেখানে আপনার সম্মতি ছাড়া, PoraLab চালানোর বাইরের উদ্দেশ্যে আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য ব্যবহার করি না।
আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রি করি না।
৩. বার্তা ও যোগাযোগ
PoraLab-এ মেসেজিং বা যোগাযোগের ফিচার থাকলে, সেই ফিচার দিতে বার্তা ও সম্পর্কিত তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া ও সংরক্ষণ করা হতে পারে।
যোগাযোগের তথ্য আমরা এসব কাজে প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারি:
- বার্তা পৌঁছে দেওয়া
- বার্তার ইতিহাস রাখা
- সমর্থিত ডিভাইসে বার্তা সিঙ্ক করা
- অপব্যবহার ঠেকানো ও প্ল্যাটফর্মের নিরাপত্তা
- ডেলিভারি বা প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যা সমাধান
সেবা দেওয়া, নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখা, আইন মেনে চলা, বা সংশ্লিষ্ট ফিচার চালানোর প্রয়োজন ছাড়া আমরা ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে ব্যক্তিগত যোগাযোগ দেখি না।
৪. ছবি, ফাইল ও অন্যান্য কনটেন্ট
আপনি ছবি, ফাইল বা অন্য কনটেন্ট আপলোড করলে, আপনার চাওয়া ফিচার দিতে সেই কনটেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া ও সংরক্ষণ করা হতে পারে।
যে কনটেন্ট শেয়ার করার অধিকার আপনার আছে, শুধু সেটিই আপলোড করুন।
ফিচার অনুযায়ী আপনি অ্যাপ থেকে কনটেন্ট মুছতে পারবেন।
৫. আমরা তথ্য কীভাবে শেয়ার করি
আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রি করি না।
PoraLab চালাতে সাহায্য করে এমন সেবাপ্রদানকারীদের সাথে সীমিত তথ্য শেয়ার হতে পারে, যেমন:
- ক্লাউড হোস্টিং ও ডাটাবেস
- প্রমাণীকরণ
- পুশ নোটিফিকেশন
- অ্যানালিটিক্স ও ডায়াগনস্টিক্স
- নিরাপত্তা ও জালিয়াতি প্রতিরোধ
- অ্যাপ চালাতে দরকারি অন্যান্য অবকাঠামো
- বিজ্ঞাপন নেটওয়ার্ক (নিচের ধারা)
এই প্রদানকারীরা শুধু আমাদের সেবা দিতে যতটুকু দরকার ততটুকু তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারে এবং সেই তথ্য সুরক্ষিত রাখবে বলে প্রত্যাশা করা হয়।
যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে প্রয়োজন হলে আমরা তথ্য প্রকাশ করতে পারি:
- প্রযোজ্য আইন বা আইনি প্রক্রিয়া মেনে
- কর্তৃপক্ষের বৈধ অনুরোধের জবাবে
- PoraLab, ব্যবহারকারী বা অন্যদের অধিকার, নিরাপত্তা ও সুরক্ষা রক্ষায়
- জালিয়াতি, অপব্যবহার বা নিরাপত্তা ঝুঁকি শনাক্ত বা প্রতিরোধে
৬. তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা
অননুমোদিত প্রবেশ, পরিবর্তন, প্রকাশ বা ধ্বংস থেকে আপনার তথ্য রক্ষায় আমরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রযুক্তিগত ও সাংগঠনিক ব্যবস্থা নিই।
তবে কোনো ইলেকট্রনিক সংরক্ষণ বা প্রেরণ পদ্ধতিই সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপদ বলে নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া যায় না। তাই আপনার তথ্যের পরম নিরাপত্তার নিশ্চয়তা আমরা দিতে পারি না।
৭. তথ্য কতদিন রাখি
সেবা দেওয়া, অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু রাখা, আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা মেনে চলা, বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি, চুক্তি প্রয়োগ এবং আমাদের বৈধ স্বার্থ রক্ষায় যতদিন যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে দরকার, ততদিন ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য রাখা হয়।
তথ্য আর দরকার না হলে আমাদের ডেটা ধরে রাখার চর্চা অনুযায়ী তা মুছে ফেলা বা অজ্ঞাত করা হতে পারে।
৮. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও তথ্য মুছে ফেলা
অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার সুযোগ থাকলে আপনি অ্যাকাউন্ট সেটিংস থেকে, poralab.com/delete-account থেকে, অথবা আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন। অ্যাকাউন্টের ইমেইল থেকে support@poralab.com এ লিখতে পারেন।
আইন, নিরাপত্তা, জালিয়াতি প্রতিরোধ, বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি বা অন্য বৈধ কারণে কিছু তথ্য সীমিত সময় রাখতে হতে পারে।
৯. শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা
PoraLab ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সী শিশুদের জন্য নয়, এবং আমরা জেনেশুনে ১৩ বছরের কম কারও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না। অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি বা অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করতে আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৩ হতে হবে। ১৮-এর কম হলে অভিভাবকের অনুমতি নিয়ে PoraLab ব্যবহার করুন।
১৩ বছরের কম কেউ আমাদের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য দিয়েছে বলে মনে হলে support@poralab.com এ ইমেইল করুন। আমরা সেই অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সাথে আসা তথ্য মুছে দেব।
১০. তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা
অ্যাপ দেওয়া, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, সুরক্ষা ও উন্নতিতে PoraLab তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা ব্যবহার করতে পারে।
এই তৃতীয় পক্ষ তাদের নিজস্ব গোপনীয়তা নীতি অনুযায়ী স্বাধীনভাবে তথ্য সংগ্রহ বা প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারে।
প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে আমরা সংশ্লিষ্ট তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা চিহ্নিত করব এবং আমাদের সেবায় তাদের ভূমিকা সম্পর্কে যথাযথ তথ্য দেব।
১১. বিজ্ঞাপন
PoraLab-এ বিজ্ঞাপন আছে। প্রথমে Google AdMob বিজ্ঞাপন দেখায়। Unity Ads, AdMob-এর মাধ্যমে বিজ্ঞাপন পূরণ করতে পারে। AdMob-এ বিজ্ঞাপন না থাকলে Start.io (StartApp) বিজ্ঞাপন দেখাতে পারে। বর্তমান রিলিজে Meta ও Pangle ব্যবহার হয় না।
এই প্রদানকারীরা কিছু তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারে, যার মধ্যে IP ঠিকানা, ডিভাইস ও অ্যাকাউন্ট শনাক্তকারী (Android advertising ID ও app set ID), অ্যাপ ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন তথ্য (বিজ্ঞাপন দেখা, ট্যাপ, ভিডিও দেখা ও অ্যাপ চালু) এবং ডায়াগনস্টিক বা পারফরম্যান্স তথ্য। Google কুকি, মোবাইল বিজ্ঞাপন শনাক্তকারী বা অনুরূপ প্রযুক্তিও ব্যবহার করতে পারে। এই তথ্য বিজ্ঞাপন, অ্যানালিটিক্স, জালিয়াতি প্রতিরোধ ও বিজ্ঞাপন পরিমাপের কাজে লাগতে পারে। আইন অনুমোদিত ও আপনার সম্মতির ভিত্তিতে বিজ্ঞাপন ব্যক্তিগতকরণ হতে পারে।
বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য আমরা Google, Unity বা Start.io-কে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত বার্তার বিষয়বস্তু দিই না। স্পষ্ট নোটিশ ও আপনার আগাম সম্মতি ছাড়া নাম বা ইমেইলের মতো শনাক্তকারী তথ্যকে বিজ্ঞাপন শনাক্তকারীর সাথে মেশানো হয় না।
ডিভাইস সেটিংস থেকে Android advertising ID রিসেট বা সীমিত করতে পারেন (Settings → Google → Ads, অথবা Settings → Privacy → Ads)। EEA, UK ও Switzerland সহ যেখানে আইন চায়, প্রযোজ্য বিজ্ঞাপন দেখানোর আগে আমরা সম্মতি চাইব এবং গোপনীয়তার পছন্দ দেব।

১২. অনুমতি
যে ফিচার আপনি ব্যবহার করেন, তার ওপর নির্ভর করে PoraLab নিচের Android runtime অনুমতি চাইতে পারে। প্রতিটি অনুমতি শুধু তখনই চাওয়া হয় যখন আপনি সংশ্লিষ্ট ফিচার চালান — আপনি যে ফিচার ব্যবহার করেন না, ইনস্টলের সময় সেগুলোর জন্য নয়। ডিভাইস Settings → Apps → PoraLab → Permissions থেকে যেকোনো সময় অনুমতি পরিচালনা বা প্রত্যাহার করতে পারেন।

এখন যে অনুমতি ব্যবহার হচ্ছে না
নিচের ফিচারগুলো পরিকল্পনায় আছে কিন্তু বর্তমান প্রোডাকশন রিলিজে এখনো সক্রিয় নয়। সংশ্লিষ্ট বিপজ্জনক অনুমতি ফিচারের কোড আসলে যুক্ত না হওয়া পর্যন্ত AndroidManifest থেকে সরানো আছে। আপনি ফিচার চালানোর ঠিক তখনই স্পষ্ট ব্যাখ্যাসহ আবার যোগ করা হবে:
- SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW / Chat Head (ভাসমান বাবল) — সেটিংসে টগল আছে, কিন্তু এখনো আসল ওভারলে রেন্ডারিং কোড নেই। আসল ওভারলে প্যাকেজ যুক্ত হলে অনুমতি আবার যোগ হবে।
- ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION — “কাছের বন্ধু / ক্যাম্পাস ইভেন্ট” ফিচারের জন্য পরিকল্পিত। আপনি সেই ফিচার খুললেই শুধু “ব্যবহারের সময়” ফোরগ্রাউন্ড অনুমতি চাওয়া হবে, ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ডে নয়।
- RECORD_AUDIO / মাইক্রোফোন — ভয়েস নোট / অডিও মেসেজের জন্য পরিকল্পিত। চ্যাট কম্পোজারে রেকর্ড বাটনে চাপ দিলেই শুধু চাওয়া হবে; অডিও নিজে থেকে রেকর্ড হয় না।
সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজের জন্য দরকার হলেই অনুমতি চাওয়া হয়। কিছু অনুমতি আপনি ডিভাইস সেটিংস থেকে পরিচালনা করতে পারেন।
১৩. আপনার গোপনীয়তার পছন্দ ও অধিকার
আপনার অবস্থান ও প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য নিয়ে আপনার অধিকার থাকতে পারে, যার মধ্যে:
- কিছু ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য দেখতে চাওয়া
- ভুল তথ্য সংশোধনের অনুরোধ
- ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ
- প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে সম্মতি প্রত্যাহার
- কিছু প্রক্রিয়াকরণে আপত্তি বা সীমাবদ্ধতা
- আপনার তথ্য কীভাবে প্রক্রিয়া হয় সে বিষয়ে তথ্য চাওয়া

১৪. আন্তর্জাতিক ডেটা প্রক্রিয়াকরণ
আপনার তথ্য আপনার বসবাসের দেশের বাইরের সার্ভারে প্রক্রিয়া বা সংরক্ষণ হতে পারে।
আইন যেখানে চায়, আন্তর্জাতিক স্থানান্তর বা প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময় ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সুরক্ষায় আমরা যথাযথ ব্যবস্থা নিই।
১৫. এই নীতির পরিবর্তন
সময়ে সময়ে আমরা এই গোপনীয়তা নীতি হালনাগাদ করতে পারি।
পরিবর্তন করলে এই নীতির উপরে “সর্বশেষ হালনাগাদ” তারিখ বদলাব। আইন যেখানে চায়, গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তনের অতিরিক্ত নোটিশ দিতে পারি।
এই নীতি মাঝে মাঝে পড়ে দেখার অনুরোধ রইল।
১৬. প্রশ্ন ব্যাংক ও রিপোর্ট
প্রশ্ন ব্যাংক ও মেধামঞ্চে শিক্ষামূলক প্রশ্ন, উত্তর ও ব্যাখ্যা দেখানো হয়। কোনো প্রশ্ন ভুল, অসম্পূর্ণ বা অস্পষ্ট মনে হলে অ্যাপে রিপোর্ট করতে পারেন। রিপোর্টে প্রশ্নের পরিচয়, বিষয়, কারণ ও আপনার মন্তব্য থাকে—শুধু কনটেন্ট যাচাই ও সংশোধনের জন্য। এই কাজে আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত চ্যাটের বিষয়বস্তু ব্যবহার করি না।
১৭. যোগাযোগ
এই গোপনীয়তা নীতি বা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য নিয়ে প্রশ্ন, উদ্বেগ বা অনুরোধ থাকলে যোগাযোগ করুন:

1. Information We Collect

Device and Technical Information
We may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

We use this information primarily to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the App.

- Create and manage your account
- Provide and operate Poralab’s features, including Feed, Chat, Medhamoncho, Question Bank, flashcards, and AI Solver
- Authenticate users
- Enable communication and messaging features
- Provide notifications
- Maintain and improve the App
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues
- Troubleshoot technical problems
- Monitor app performance
- Comply with applicable laws and legal requirements
We do not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to the operation of Poralab unless permitted by law or with your consent where required.
3. Messages and Communications
If Poralab provides messaging or communication features, messages and related information may be processed and stored to provide those features.
We may process communication data for purposes such as:
- Delivering messages
- Maintaining message history
- Synchronizing messages across supported devices
- Preventing abuse and protecting platform security
- Troubleshooting delivery or technical problems
We do not intentionally access private communications except when necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with law, or when required by the operation of the relevant feature.
4. Photos, Files, and Other Content
If you choose to upload a photo, file, or other content to Poralab, the content may be processed and stored as necessary to provide the feature you requested.
You should only upload content that you have the right to share.
You may be able to delete content through the App, depending on the relevant feature.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Poralab, such as providers for:
- Cloud hosting and databases
- Authentication
- Push notifications
- Analytics and diagnostics
- Security and fraud prevention
- Other infrastructure required to operate the App
- Advertising networks (see below)
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us and are expected to protect the information they process.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable laws or legal processes
- Respond to lawful requests from authorities
- Protect the rights, safety, and security of Poralab, our users, or others
- Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our legitimate interests.
When information is no longer required, we may delete or anonymize it in accordance with our applicable data retention practices.
8. Account and Data Deletion
If Poralab provides an account deletion option, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information through the available account settings, at poralab.com/delete-account, or by contacting us at support@poralab.com from your account email.
Some information may need to be retained for a limited period when required by law, security requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
9. Children’s Privacy
Poralab is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the App. If you are under 18, use Poralab only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email support@poralab.com. We will delete that account and the information that came with it.
10. Third-Party Services
Poralab may use third-party services to help provide, maintain, secure, and improve the App.
Such third-party services may independently collect or process information according to their own privacy policies.
Where applicable, we will identify relevant third-party services and provide appropriate information about their role in our services.
11. Advertising
Poralab contains ads. Google AdMob serves ads first. Unity Ads may fill ads through AdMob mediation. If AdMob has no ad to show, Start.io (StartApp) may show an ad instead. Meta and Pangle are not used in the current release.
These providers may collect and process certain information, including IP address, device and account identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID), app interaction information (such as ad views, taps, video views, and app launches), and diagnostic or performance information. Google may also use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, or similar technologies. This information may be used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and ad measurement. Where permitted by law and based on your consent choices, it may be used to personalize advertising.
We do not provide Google, Unity, or Start.io with the content of your private messages for advertising. We do not merge information that identifies you, such as your name or email, with advertising identifiers unless we have given you clear notice and you have opted in.
You can reset or limit your Android advertising ID and ad personalization in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads). Where required by applicable law, including in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, we request consent and offer privacy choices before serving applicable ads.

12. Permissions
Depending on the features you use, Poralab may request the following Android runtime permissions. Each permission is requested only when you trigger the corresponding feature — never at install-time for features you don’t use. You can manage or revoke any permission at any time through your device Settings → Apps → Poralab → Permissions.

Permissions NOT Currently Used
The following features are planned but not yet active in the current production release. The corresponding dangerous permissions have been removed from the AndroidManifest until the feature code is actually wired up. They will only be re-added with a clear in-app permission rationale exactly when you trigger the feature:
- SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW / Chat Head (floating bubble) — The settings toggle exists but there is no actual overlay rendering code yet. Permission will be re-added once a real overlay package is integrated.
- ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION — Planned for a “Nearby Friends / Campus Events” feature. Permission will be requested only when you open that feature, as “while-in-use” foreground-only, never background.
- RECORD_AUDIO / Microphone — Planned for Voice Note / Audio Message. Permission will be requested only when you tap the record button in the chat composer; audio never auto-records.
Permissions are requested only when needed for the corresponding functionality. You can manage certain permissions through your device settings.
13. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

- Request access to certain personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of personal information
- Withdraw consent where applicable
- Object to or restrict certain processing

14. International Data Processing
Your information may be processed or stored on servers located in countries other than your country of residence.
Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate measures to protect personal information when it is transferred or processed internationally.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Where required by law, we may provide additional notice of significant changes.

16. Question Bank and Reports
Question Bank and Medhamoncho display educational questions, answers, and explanations. If a question looks incorrect, incomplete, or unclear, you can report it in the app. A report stores the question reference, subject, reason, and your note so we can review and correct content. Private chat content is not used for this purpose.
